Subprocessors

1. Introduction
To provide the Service, we may rely on third‑party providers as subprocessors. All subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations on confidentiality, security, and data protection equivalent to ours.
2. Subprocessor List
The following list is indicative and may vary by region and enabled modules. For account‑specific details, contact us.
- Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure): hosting, networking, storage.
- Monitoring & Observability (e.g., Sentry, Datadog): telemetry and diagnostics.
- Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics): public site metrics.
- Email/Comms (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun): transactional email.
- Payments (e.g., Stripe): payment processing and billing.
- Support (e.g., Intercom/Zendesk): user support.
3. Safeguards and Contracts
We require subprocessors to have:
- Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and confidentiality.
- Appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, audit).
- International transfers with recognized safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.
4. Changes and Notices
We will publish material changes on this page and, where applicable, provide at least 30 days’ notice before onboarding new subprocessors.
